     Examine each component for it's high quality design and construction. Each part built to automobile
standards and easily serviced by any mechanic. They also meet neighborhood electric vehicle standards
(NEV) allowing these electric vehicles to be used in retirement communities and are street legal on many
roads in the US
 
      Naturally, NEV Registration requirements may vary from state to state.

One may think this information is available at the US Dept of Energy web site,                             but it has been erased.
